ASEP (After School Enrichment Program) Session 2

All ASEP clubs are cancelled on days when school is closed due to the weather. 

Make-up sessions for ASEP clubs cancelled due to weather are scheduled at the discretion of the club instructor on make-up days designated by the PTA.  

The PTA is pleased to be able to offer the following ASEP club make-up classes:

(NOTE: A few ASEP Make-up clubs are scheduled on overlapping days.  If your child is enrolled in clubs that are both scheduled for a make-up session on the same day, your child will have to choose 1 club to attend.  Please be sure to discuss this with your child so the know which make-up club they are to attend)

4/3/2018 - Arts & Crafts Club, Karaoke Club K-2 and 3-5, MakerSpace Club, Fusion, Fit and Fun Club, Diagon Alley Club

4/4/2018 - Sign Language Club, Floor Hockey Club, STEAM Club, POUND for Kids Club, Lego Club, Dance Fitness Club, Minecraft Club, Pokemon Club

4/5/2018 - Intro Spanish 2-5 Club, Basketball Club

4/6/2018 - Coding 100 Club

4/11/2018 - Floor Hockey Club, POUND for Kids Club,  Dance Fitness Club, Minecraft Club, Pokemon Club (there will be no make-up for STEAM Club or Lego Club missed on 3/21 due to weather)

4/18/2018 - POUND for Kids Club

The printable calendar listing all ASEP clubs meeting dates during Session 2  has been updated to reflect the additional make-up days.

A few items of note from the calendar:

• DramaKids runs until 4/27
• Chorus runs until 5/1

All clubs are immediately after school and end at 3:45. All children must either be picked up by a parent/caregiver or go to the CASA program. There is no bus transportation.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED!!

The PTA is happy to partner with Luis Rosado and Loudoun County Tennis Academy to offer after-school tennis instruction for Sanders Corner students.  Lessons will take place at the tennis courts at the Windmill Community Center in Ashburn Farm (parents will provide transportation) on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The 8-week session begins April 10^th. Join the PTA (BEFORE you register for clubs) to take advantage of PTA member prices.

• Monday 6 class clubs will cost $36.00 for PTA members & $46.00 for non-members.
• Most 8 class clubs cost $48.00 for PTA members & $58.00 for non-members
• Most 7 class clubs (MakerSpace and Coding 100) cost $42 for PTA members & $52 for non-members

• Garage Band Club - $30 members; $40 non-members (meets 5 times)
• Pokemon Club - $52 members; $62 non-members (includes $4 materials fee)
