Welcome to the Sanders Corner WATCH D.O.G.S. & M.O.M.S. program! Parents and special family members are invited to spend a day volunteering at Sanders Corner and being part of their student's school day. We're excited to kick off another great year!

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open.

All new and returning participants must complete the annual registration form and agree to the program guidelines.

You must have an account on the SCES PTA website to register.

Orientation

Our annual WATCH D.O.G.S. & M.O.M.S. orientation will be held September 28 at 6:30 in the Sanders Corner Elementary School Library. Additional details and the orientation presentation will be posted here when available. New participants should attend the orientation or review the orientation presentation before their first volunteer day.

The 2026–2027 WATCH D.O.G.S. & M.O.M.S. volunteer calendar is now open!

Returning volunteers who have participated in the program before may sign up for a volunteer day now.

New volunteers: If you have not participated in WATCH D.O.G.S. & M.O.M.S. before, you must attend orientation before signing up for a volunteer day. Please do not reserve a date until you have completed orientation.

Only one WATCH D.O.G.S./M.O.M.S. participant may volunteer per day, and dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

HOW IT WORKS

Register — Complete the annual WATCH D.O.G.S. & M.O.M.S. registration form.
Attend or Review Orientation — Attend the September 28 orientation or review the presentation once it is posted.
Choose Your Volunteer Day — Once the calendar opens, registered participants will be able to select an available date.
Get Ready for Your Day — You'll receive a confirmation and a reminder before your scheduled volunteer day.

What to Wear

WATCH D.O.G.S.: All dads volunteering as a WATCH D.O.G. must wear an official WATCH D.O.G.S. shirt as their top layer. Returning participants may wear shirts from previous years.

M.O.M.S.: Moms volunteering with the program should wear Sanders Corner spirit wear or a white polo.

WATCH D.O.G.S. shirts can be purchased through the DOG Store. Please order early enough to allow time for delivery.

Please remember that volunteers are needed to assist with car line during dismissal. Per school policy, parents may not pick up students from the office after 2:15 PM until dismissal is complete.
